Situation
Problem/Issue
After installing DASABCIP 4.1 SP2 on an InTouch Node (prior to the 10.5 release), secured writes coming directly from an InTouch window will stop working.

The following message is logged in the Wonderware logger even with the user successfully logged into the application:

The user ID is {00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}, which is not acceptable for security verification

Note: You will not have this issue if your secured writes are coming from an ArchestrA Graphic that is in the InTouch application or the DASABCIP 4.1 SP2 is installed on another node where InTouch is not running.

Application Versions
DASABCIP 4.1 SP2
InTouch 10.1 SP3 p01 and previous.
Solution/Corrective Action
This issue has been resolved in Hotfix CR L00119269. Please contact Wonderware Technical Support to get this hotfix.
